The list of officers working under the Directorate General of Family Planning. It has long been felt to make a comprehensive list of officers of the Directorate General to take appropriate decisions about their careers. The task was undertaken by PMIS as Personal Data collection, preservation, analysis, report preparation and publication are the primary responsibility of the department. The job required collecting information a Personal Data Sheet was designed, improved distributed to about 2,700 officials information thus collected was analyzed and verified to finally produce the PMIS document which is a very important Sub-component MIS-FP Unit.

The Document contains an Identification number (PID number) for every officer. It gives his/her Name, Father's name, Mother's name, Date of birth, Designation, Place of Posting, Posting records, Home District, academic qualification, Training and Service History etc received.

The Document will also help better management of RE-FP-MCH Programmed and enrich human resource development of the directorate. The document will be updated regularly and further changes may be made to include information that will be deemed necessary in the interest of the Directorate.
